Mia's Table Katy opened its doors on October 16, 2020, with a dynamic team of nearly 60 passionate individuals—cooks, cashiers, food runners, bussers, leads, and managers—all dedicated to one mission: delivering unforgettable hospitality and Southern comfort food with heart.  From the start, we were filled with big dreams and high expectations, committed to offering exceptional customer service wrapped in warmth and professionalism. Our focus has always been on serving fresh, hot meals that balance current culinary trends while staying true to the roots and traditions that define Mia's Table.

I've had the privilege of being part of this extraordinary journey since day one, and in April 2023, I proudly stepped into the role of Managing Partner for this location. It's been an incredible experience watching our restaurant grow, evolve, and deepen its connection with the Katy community.

One of our most exciting additions recently is our new Kids' Playground, designed to make Mia's Table Katy an even more welcoming space for families. Whether you're here for a casual family dinner, celebrating a win with your youth sports team, or gathering for a school fundraiser, we love being a hub for families, schools, and teams in our community. This connection fuels everything we do, and we're so grateful to be embraced by the incredible people of Katy.

At the heart of it all is our dedicated team—they are the reason our guests leave happy and full. Their passion for hospitality and consistency in upholding Mia's standards are what truly set us apart. Seeing the smiles on our guests' faces, knowing we've made their day a little brighter—that's the greatest reward I carry with me at the end of each day.
