Mia's Table Bay Area opened its doors on March 28, 2019. Almost exactly a year later, the world changed as the COVID lockdowns began across Texas. Like many, we faced uncertain times and temporarily closed—but reopened stronger in May 2020, ready to welcome our community back.                    

I became the Managing Partner here in January 2026, but my journey with Mia's Table started much earlier. Back in January 2016, I joined the Original Mia's Table in Upper Kirby as a line cook, grew to be the kitchen Manager, and opened our Katy location. Over the years, I've grown with this company, and stepping into a leadership role at Bay Area has been one of the greatest honors of my career.                    Most recently, we completed a long-overdue remodel of our patio and ordering area, giving the space a fresh new feel while maintaining the warmth and charm our guests love. We've enclosed the patio, creating a cozy, year-round environment, and added a private dining area—perfect for family gatherings, special occasions, or team events.                    

But what makes Mia's Table Bay Area truly special isn't just the new look—it's our Mia's family. While the space may feel refreshed, the heart of this restaurant remains the same. We're incredibly lucky to have many of the same amazing team members who have been with us for years—some since day one. Their consistency, passion, and dedication to our culture and fundamentals are what bring to life a place "Where Comfort Food Meets Southern Charm." They are the reason Mia's Table feels like home, and why it continues to be a special place every single day.
