Since joining Mia's Table in 2013 at the original Kirby location, I have grown alongside the company through dedication, hard work, and a passion for hospitality. I began my journey as a fry cook before advancing to Assistant Kitchen Manager, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership and restaurant operations.

Five years later, I was given the opportunity to become Kitchen Manager and help open the Bay Area location, an experience that strengthened both my leadership skills and commitment to the company's culture. A few years after that, I transitioned into an Assistant Manager role at the Memorial City location, continuing to grow personally and professionally.

Today, I am proud to serve as the Managing Partner of the Sugar Land location. Throughout my career with Mia's Table, I have been fortunate to learn from incredible mentors who challenged me to become the best version of myself. Their guidance shaped not only my career, but also the way I lead others.

My goal is to pass those same values on to the next generation of employees by creating opportunities for growth, encouraging teamwork, and helping others reach their full potential.
